Introduction
Welcome to Chem Pathshala. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chem Pathshala platform, our website, and all offline exam batch courses, admission programmes, study materials, and related services offered at our authorised centres in Bangladesh.
By creating an account, enrolling in a batch, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform and our services.
Eligibility
To enrol in an Chem Pathshala programme, you must be a student of appropriate academic standing for the chosen batch (e.g. HSC, admission preparation). Candidates below the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and consent to these Terms on their behalf.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at help@chempathshala.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Enrolment & Payment
Enrolment in any batch is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable course fee. Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Payments are processed through authorised gateways including SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, and card networks.
All fees are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Chem Pathshala reserves the right to revise fees and programme structures at any time; revisions apply to new enrolments only.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation entitlements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behaviour at all Chem Pathshala centres and in all online sessions. The following are strictly prohibited:
— Disruption of classes, harassment of peers or staff, or any form of discrimination.
— Sharing of account credentials, admit cards, or study materials with unauthorised persons.
— Recording, reproducing, or distributing class sessions, study materials, or assessments without written permission.
— Use of unfair means during mock tests, examinations, or assessments.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.
Intellectual Property
All study materials, lecture content, mock tests, recorded sessions, branding, logos, and platform content are the exclusive property of Chem Pathshala or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for your personal exam preparation during your enrolment.
Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, commercial use, or derivative work without prior written consent from Chem Pathshala is strictly prohibited.
Attendance & Assessment
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes, mock tests, and assessments. Chem Pathshala does not guarantee make-up sessions for missed classes. Performance reports, mock-test results, and feedback are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of examination outcomes.
Admit Cards & Identification
Admit cards issued by Chem Pathshala are non-transferable and must be presented along with valid photo identification at the centre. Lost admit cards may be reissued at the discretion of the branch administration and may incur a reissuance fee.
Communication
By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional and academic communications from Chem Pathshala via email, SMS, push notifications, or phone calls regarding your batch, schedule, results, and administrative notices.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates third-party services for payments, messaging, storage, and analytics. Use of these services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Chem Pathshala is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Chem Pathshala provides educational services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chem Pathshala, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to examination results, career outcomes, or personal loss.
Our total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the course fee paid by you for the relevant programme.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chem Pathshala, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Suspension & Termination
Chem Pathshala reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and unpaid fees become due.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Modifications to the Terms
Chem Pathshala may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
